Erik Vannisselroy

Erik Vannisselroy was admitted to the bar in 1993 and joined (the predecessor of) TRC Advocaten. Since 2002, he has been one of the firm’s partners. He now primarily serves SME entrepreneurs ("MKB"). He provides legal advice and litigates in the fields of corporate law and employment law. His areas of specialization include corporate law, business acquisitions, employment law, contract law, and debt collection.

Erik has an extensive track record and a broad client base in sectors such as business services, agriculture, and IT. He also frequently represents manufacturing and trading companies.

Erik is a highly experienced and skilled attorney with high professional standards. He is valued by his clients for his deep commitment and conscientiousness. Erik studied Dutch law at Tilburg University, specializing in corporate law.

He is a member of the VAAN (Dutch Employment Lawyers Association) and also a member of the VIA (Association of Debt Collection and Litigation Lawyers). Erik is an active and sporty member of the regional community; he also held several board positions, including Chairman of the Rotary Club Veldhoven and board member of the Veldhoven Verbindt Foundation. Currently he is Chairman of the Advisory Board of a secondary school.
